SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are processed in 1-3 business days.​

  • We primarily ship USPS ground and priority in the contiguous United States only.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • Once scanned by the carrier, transit times range from 3 to 8 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your item is packed, and a label is created for your order. Tracking status can take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.​

  • Once shipped, an order’s tracking info and final delivery are out of our hands. We can not replace missing or stolen packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused.

  • Must include a copy of the original receipt with the order number. 

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; no shipping costs will be refunded.

  • A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Please report within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of damage or wrong items received. Keep all packaging and broken material should you need to file a claim with USPS, and they need to inspect it. Be sure to have photo evidence of all packaging and damage.

  • Please email us for resolution, and include the order number in the email.

 

Return Process
  • Please email us with your return request before returning an item. We will reply with further instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Include original order information.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected and approved to ensure it is in its original unused condition.

  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Once processed, a refund can take up to a week to appear, depending on your bank.
