SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days.

We primarily ship USPS ground and priority in the contiguous United States only.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Once scanned by the carrier, transit times range from 3 to 8 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your item is packed, and a label is created for your order. Tracking status can take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.

Once shipped, an order’s tracking info and final delivery are out of our hands. We can not replace missing or stolen packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused.

Must include a copy of the original receipt with the order number.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; no shipping costs will be refunded.

A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed after inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please report within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of damage or wrong items received. Keep all packaging and broken material should you need to file a claim with USPS, and they need to inspect it. Be sure to have photo evidence of all packaging and damage.

Please email us for resolution, and include the order number in the email.
Return Process

Please email us with your return request before returning an item. We will reply with further instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected and approved to ensure it is in its original unused condition.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Once processed, a refund can take up to a week to appear, depending on your bank.
